- Activate a pack part-way through a day and that day counts as day one.
- With more than one pack active, the one expiring first is generally used first.
- Add the same pack again and its allowances may reset, so add a new one once the current one is used up.

Arrive in a covered country and you receive an SMS from 179 listing the packs and their keywords.

Reply with a keyword
Text ROAM5, ROAM10 or ROAM3 to 179. It is toll-free, even from overseas. You get a confirmation straight back.

You are connected
Your pack starts the moment it is confirmed and runs to 11:59pm Sydney time on its last day. The day you activate counts as day one.

Check your balance any time
Text BAL to 179, or open the service in My Account to see remaining data and the exact expiry.

We warn you before it runs out
An SMS at 50%, 85% and 100% of your inclusions, so nothing is a surprise.

Wi-Fi Calling still works
Where your device and service support Wi-Fi Calling and SMS over Wi-Fi, you can use them whenever you are on Wi-Fi.

One pack, every country on the list. If where you're going isn't here, your Pennytel service won't connect there, and a travel SIM or local SIM is the better buy for that trip.
